The Design Process

"Nexus" refers to a connection, link, or a bond between different elements or entities. It implies a relationship or interaction between things. The ERP system connects and integrates various aspects of a business, such as finance, inventory, and sales, into a cohesive whole. The inspiration for the logo design was the buttons I use in the app itself and also it looks like a “hamburger” menu that you can choose from just like the app that has a lot of options. in the letter "E" you can see geometric elements that are intentionally simple and minimalist, contributing to an uncluttered design aesthetic. User reasearch and analysis:

• Conducted a comprehensive survey targeting potential users to gather insights on their needs and preferences.

• Analyzed survey results to inform the design and development of an ERP application tailored to small and medium-sized business requirements.

Gamification

In the Sales section, I have introduced a gamification element that encourages healthy competition and boosts motivation among the sales team. This feature revolves around a dedicated Sales - Contest page, where salespeople can participate in contests and earn rewards.

The Design

When designing the Nexus ERP interface, my objective was to create a user-friendly experience that reflected the system's complexity and adaptability while maintaining a clean, professional, and modern aesthetic.

I created wireframes in Figma to strategically map out the placement of all elements within the interface. This process allowed me to visualize the layout, ensure optimal organization, and test the flow before moving on to detailed design.

I also designed a website for Nexus, focusing on showcasing its features, benefits, and functionality to potential users. The website was crafted with a clean, professional design, consistent with the app's aesthetic. I ensured intuitive navigation, clear calls-to-action, and responsive design, providing a seamless user experience across devices while effectively communicating the value of the ERP system.
